This report displays the number of patients and visits by age groups. A patient is counted once for every age group in which they have had one or more vaccinations (for example, at ages < 1 year, 2years, etc.). In the remaining areas, a patient is counted once for each age group in which they have had one or more vaccinations with that specific VFC eligibility. The totals at the bottom are the totals for each category, except for the Total of All Patients, which counts each individual patient once.
To better understand this report, it might be helpful to note the following possible case. If an uninsured patient is given two vaccinations when they are born, one that is VFC eligible and one that is not, the information appears on the report as follows:
To run this report, click the Reports > Report Module > Vaccines for Children > VFC Profile Report link. The VFC Profile Report page opens. Â Enter the criteria and click Create Report. The report displays in a separate browser tab and can be printed using the browser's print function.
The available report criteria fields are as follows:
Field | Description |
Vaccine Date Range |
Enter the From and Through dates for the vaccine data range. These fields are required. |
Organization (IRMS) |
To limit the report by an Organization (IRMS) or Group, select it from the related drop-down list, after which the radio button is automatically selected. Do Not Limit is the default. |
Facility |
To limit the report to a specific Facility, select it from the drop-down list, after which the radio button is automatically selected. Do Not Limit is the default. |
VFC PIN |
To limit the report to a specific VFC PIN, select it from the drop-down list (after which the radio button is automatically selected). |
