The following settings pages are located in the Child Care category on the Administration Main Menu Page:
For Idaho Users: The terms Child Care and Child Care Facility are used synonymously and are visible for Idaho users logged in as Registry Clients. |
Only Registry Client users with Administrative permissions can edit these settings. The settings appear to Child Care users and coordinators after they log in.
Click Administration > Child Care > Child Care Requirements to open the Edit Current Child Care Requirements page.
Enter or edit the information as necessary and click Save. Not that if you are resetting the requirements, you must select the Reset option to enable it before you click Save.

Title |
Enter the name of the requirements file that displays in the application immediately after a user logs in. |
Child Care Requirements |
Enter the content for the child care requirements. This is used by the Child Care Facility users to accept the agreement that displays after the first successful login. Users must accept the current child care requirements when logging in for the first time. After that, it is remembered until the administrative user selects the Reset option. |
Reset |
Select this option to reset the requirements so that the information appears again immediately after a user logs in the next time. |
Registry Client or Child Care Administrator users can create child care facilities.
Click Administration > Child Care > Define Child Care Facilities to open the Child Care Maintenance page. Perform a search first, then add or edit child care facilities.
To search for a Child Care Facility, enter the search criteria and click Search. The search results will appear toward the bottom of the page. The search criteria fields are as follows:

Enter the name of the Child Care Facility. |
City |
Enter the city where the Child Care Facility is located. |
State |
Select the state where the Child Care Facility is located from the drop-down list. |
County |
Select the county of the Child Care Facility from the drop-down list. |
Health District |
Enter the district where the Child Care Facility is located. |
Inactive Status |
Select the Child Care Facility status from the drop-down list: All, Active Only (default), or Inactive Only. |
Child Care Type |
Select the Child Care Facility type from the drop-down list. Examples:

To add a new Child Care Facility, first enter some of the information (like the name) and search for it. If it does not appear in the Search Results list toward the bottom of the page, click Add. The Child Care Maintenance page opens, pre-populated with any information you had entered in the search criteria. Enter additional information about the Child Care Facility and click Save when finished.

Primary Contact First Name |
Enter the first name of the primary contact at the Child Care Facility. |
Primary Contact Last Name |
Enter the last name of the primary contact. |
Mailing Address |
Enter the Child Care Facility's mailing address. |
Physical Address |
Enter the Child Care Facility's physical address. |
City |
Enter the city where the Child Care Facility is located. |
State |
Select the state where the Child Care Facility is located from the drop-down list. |
County |
Select the county of the Child Care Facility from the drop-down list. |
Zip |
Enter the zip code for the Child Care Facility. |
Health District |
Enter the district where the Child Care Facility is located. |
Phone Number |
Enter the Child Care Facility's phone number. |
Fax |
Enter the Child Care Facility's fax number. |

Enter the Child Care Facility's email address (or the contact person's email address). |
Inactive Status |
Select this option if the Child Care Facility is inactive. |
Child Care Type |
Select the Child Care Facility type from the drop-down list. This field is required. Examples:

Licensure |
Select the type of license for the Child Care Facility. Examples:

Child Care License Number |
Enter the license identification number for the Child Care Facility. |
ICCP (Idaho) |
Select this option if the Child Care Facility is associated with the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP). |
Food Program (CACFP) |
Select this option if the Child Care Facility is associated with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). |
Average Enrollment |
Enter the number of children normally enrolled at the Child Care Facility. |
Date of Last Health Inspection |
Enter the date of the Child Care Facility's last health inspection. |
To edit a Child Care Facility, first perform a search for it. Click the arrow button in the Select column for the Child Care Facility in the Search Results list. The Child Care Maintenance page opens for that specific Child Care Facility. Make any necessary changes (see the Add a New Child Care Facility fields) and click Save.
