The Home page contains information specific to your state or organization, links to relevant websites, and other details such as the application's name and version number. You can return to the Home page at any time by clicking Main > Home from the menu on the left.
When campaigns are scheduled, this option appears on the Home page. If available, users do not need to be logged in to access the option.
The campaign name and title are populated from the Administration > Properties > Vaccine Management > Provider Enrollment Campaign Name property. See Administration Settings for more information. |
Provider enrollment is a simple process for providers to easily enroll for various vaccination campaigns as needed. Users can either begin completing the form (which takes approximately 15-20 minutes), or print the instruction page.
