This option allows you to create and edit views. The Executive Dashboard also needs to be initially configured with the data topics and options that you want to continually view and monitor.
Click the Executive Dashboard > Setup Views link. If you have never before configured a dashboard view, the Set Up Your Executive Dashboard View page opens with a message stating that you have not created a view yet.
To create the initial view, enter the name and select up to six widgets from the drop-down lists to add to the dashboard view. Note the image on the right that shows how each of the widgets will be displayed on the dashboard. Create Save when finished. The page updates to show the newly created view in the Currently Defined Executive Dashboard Views section, where you can delete or edit the view by clicking on the related link.
To go directory to the Executive Dashboard view immediately after logging in (instead of displaying the page you normally see after logging in), select the view from the drop-down list, select the Go directly to my default executive dashboard view after login option and then click Save.
To add an additional view, click the Add button located in the Currently Defined Executive Dashboard Views section. The Set Up Your Executive Dashboard View page opens. Select up to six widgets from the drop-down lists to add to the view and click Save.
The available widgets are as follows:
To display a dashboard view that is not the default view, click Executive Dashboard > Setup Views and click the name of the view in the Currently Defined Executive Dashboard Views section of the page.
To edit a view, click Executive Dashboard > Setup Views and click the Edit link for the view in the Currently Defined Executive Dashboard Views section of the page.
To delete a view, click Executive Dashboard > Setup Views (if necessary) and then click the Delete link for the view in the Currently Defined Executive Dashboard Views section of the page.
