To search for and/or add a waitlist, users must have the Waitlist Access permission. Before you can add a new waitlist, you must first conduct a search.
To search for a waitlist, click the Waitlist > Waitlist link. The Waitlist Search/Add page opens. Enter the search criteria and click Search. The search criteria fields on this page are as follows:
Field | Description |
Organization (IRMS) |
Select an Organization (IRMS) from the drop-down list (after which the option is automatically selected). |
Organization (IRMS) Group |
Select an Organization (IRMS) Group from the drop-down list (after which the option is automatically selected). |
Do Not Limit |
Select this option (default) to search through all Organizations (IRMSes) and Groups. |
Facility |
Select a Facility from the drop-down list (after which the option is automatically selected). |
Do Not Limit |
Select this option (default) to search through all Facilities. |
VFC PIN |
To limit the search to one specific VFC PIN, select a VFC PIN from the drop-down list. |
