First Responder/Mass Immunizations Properties

Note icon For Washington Users: For the state of Washington, this section is referred to as First Responder/Mass Imms/Dispensing.

Authorized users can access the First Responder/Mass Immunizations (First Responder/Mass Imms/Dispensing) properties by clicking on the Administration > Settings > Properties link, then clicking on the First Responder/Mass Immunizations (First Responder/Mass Imms/Dispensing) category heading. Note that the name of this category varies by state depending on which modules are used.

To configure the settings, enable (select) or disable (deselect) the options, enter any required information, and click Save at the bottom of the page. Changes affect users the next time they log in to the application or module.

Click Reset to erase new or updated entries and reset them as they were after the last submit was done.

The options and fields on this page are as follows:

Option/Field Description

Aggregate Reporting Link Display Text

  • Logic for Campaign/Tier as a required field in Mass Immunizations remains separate

  • Log for IWeb is optional

When a Campaign/Tier is required registry-wide, the Required Campaign (IWeb Only) option needs to be enabled (selected) on the Campaign Add/Edit pages. Once this is enabled, a Campaign/Tier selection is enabled on the Vaccination Detail and Contraindications pages.

Note icon If there is a possibility that a person may not be associated to a Campaign but might still receive the vaccine, states must create a Tier labeled Not associated with Campaign, to be available only in the IWeb core application.

Display Dose Size (Size/Kits)

Select this option to display Dose Size and/or Size/Kits in the Mass Immunizations drop-down list. If not enabled, the drop-down list does not display. This option assists in tracking the number of oral suspension bottles or Tami flu kits given to a patient.
