Lead Maps

The Lead Maps feature allows authorized users to generate a map and/or a report for patients with lead screenings or a lead blood level of 10 or higher.

To run this map or report, click the Lead > Maps menu link. The Lead Screenings and Blood Levels page. Select the map/report criteria and click Create Map or Create Report. The map/report displays in a new browser tab. Use the browser's print function to print the map or report.

The available map and report criteria fields and options on this page are as follows:

Field	Description
Select a Report/Map	Lead Screenings - Select this option to create a map or report based on lead screenings. Lead Blood Level of 10 or higher - Select this option to create a map or report based on lead blood levels.
Parameters (Report Only)	Screening Date Range - To limit the report to a specific screen date range, enter the From and Through dates. Race - To limit the report to a specific race, select it from the drop-down list. Sample Test Type - To limit the report to a specific sample test type, select it from the drop-down list. Example: Capillary, Venous, Unknown.
View By (Report Only)	Select one or more options to view the report by: County/Parish Zip Code Census Tract Sample Test Type Patient Race
